An Introduction to Your School Admin Portal
Here you can:
Upload your name list using our encrypted uploader.
See all our policies in one place.
Download Yearbook photos as soon as the photos have been released.
Download Class Maps, which have all student names and pictures separated by class.
Share access to relevant staff members.
Our priorty is to provide a safe picture day formatted for today’s evolving environment:
Being outdoors is scientifically proven to limit germ exposure. Our outdoor photoshoots allow for more distance between students and photographers, while fresh air limits the risks in cramped spaces. Click here to see a sample of pictures.
Our paperless process means that students and teachers will not handle money or forms. Not only does this save you time and effort, it also limits the amount of surfaces on which germs live.
All deliverables will be shipped directly to parents’ homes, meaning that your school does not handle or distribute print envelopes. Again, this makes our process both efficient and safer for germ exposure.
Our photographers are carefully trained to take pictures without the need to physically contact students, staff, or volunteers.
Our team will use furniture and settings from your school versus bringing in setups that have been used in other locations. This eradicates the risk of cross-contamination between schools.

Uploading Data for Picture DayThe data you send us for Picture Day is extremely important. Accuracy and Completeness are imperative for a smooth, effortless experience for you and your families. The preferred format is a spreadsheet. If that is not possible, it must be in a format that is able to be copied and pasted.
- Please provide name as preferred to be appear on any service items, such as yearbook photos
- i.e. Billy Smith is preferred over William (Billy) Smith
- Think of this as the the Class Photo this student will be in
- If you are having pictures done by Grade, we need the Grade of each subject (5th Grade); if you are having Class pictures, we need the FULL class name for each subject (Mrs. Jones' 3rd Grade or Miss Kelly's PreK)
- If students will be in multiple class pictures, please provide additional groups in a separate column
- Please note: If only class abbreviation is provided, i.e. 4R, that is what will populate on service items and products in the shop for families
- Please provide full name, including prefix, i.e. Ms. Miranda Jones
- Generally the staff group is Staff. ............
- Staff do receive a complimentary download of their photo in the shop. Only provide contact information for Staff if you'd like them to receive the link the their album, just as a parent would. Alternatively, you can download their pictures from this portal and give them to the staff members.

Our Parent Communication
Once photos are released for sale, any parents/guardians who have provided contact information, either through the school or the pre-registration process, will receive an email and /or text to alert them. This communication will include a direct link to their child's secure, online album.
If parents do not login within 5 days, they are sent their first reminder. Other reminders are sent after 10, 14, 30 and 60 days. Once they log into the album the first time, they will not receive any more reminders to see the photos.
Our other communications are consented to by the user (parent/guardian), once they log into the system and agree to our Terms of Service. They will receive reminders about the Discount Period ending and about items left in the cart, and incomplete purchases. Once the user makes a purchase, they will not receive any further reminders.
When a purchase is made, use will receive an Order Confirmation email.
There are some promotional emails sent to announce special sales.
Parents can unsubscribe from communications at anytime.
Online Galleries and Our Shop
Every student has their own gallery, accessible only by a direct link or by a unique access code.
Once the photos are released, an email or text is sent to the associated contact information, which will include a direct link to the student album.
The first time a parent or guardian enters our shop, they will create an account. Their account will keep all their albums in once place, including sibling albums and albums from past seasons.
Each user will be given a 2-week discount on the multi-sheet print packages, based on when they log into the album for the first time. Our webshop allows parents to customize the size of packages, the sized prints included in packages and even which pictures are on each sheet, including the ability to mix and match any images from any of their albums.
Parents are able to purchase individual digital images or a complete digital album. Immediately following their payment being processed, images will be available in their account. Class Pictures are not available to be purchased digitally and are not included in Digital Album downloads. All downloads are high resolution images which allow prints up to 16"x20".
